Review the agenda before the meeting to understand when public comment will be taken. Written comments should identify the meeting date and agenda item, if applicable.Revise la agenda antes de la reunión para entender cuándo se recibirán comentarios públicos. Public comment and agenda itemsComentarios públicos y temas de agenda
The public may comment on agenda items when called by the Chair and on matters within the Board’s jurisdiction during general public comment. The Board generally does not take action on items that are not posted on the agenda, except as allowed by law. Written comments become part of the meeting record when accepted.El público puede comentar sobre los temas de agenda cuando la Presidencia lo indique y sobre asuntos dentro de la jurisdicción de la Junta durante los comentarios públicos generales. The District Clerk will include timely written comments in meeting materials when feasible.
