Apply for a zoning variance, request a rezoning, or check the zoning classification of a property.
Permitting
The Planning Office reviews applications for variances from setback, height, and lot coverage standards, as well as rezoning requests. Both processes require review by the Planning Commission and, for rezoning, final approval by City Council following a public hearing.

- How to apply
- Submit the Zoning Variance Application or Rezoning Application with a site plan and a written statement of justification. Applications are scheduled for the next available Planning Commission meeting with sufficient notice.
