Streets and Sidewalks
Report potholes, cracked sidewalks, faded crosswalks, or request a traffic study.
Infrastructure
The Streets Division repairs roughly 240 miles of city streets and 90 miles of sidewalk. Use the online reporting form to flag potholes, sidewalk trip hazards, faded lane markings, or malfunctioning traffic signals. Routine repaving is scheduled each spring based on the pavement condition survey.
- Who this applies to
- Residents, businesses, and property owners who want to report a street or sidewalk hazard, or who are planning excavation or utility work within a public right-of-way.
- How to apply
- Submit the General Service Request Form to report a hazard. Excavation or utility work within a street or sidewalk right-of-way requires a Right-of-Way Work Permit approved before work begins.
