Bellwood tests drinking water quality daily at treatment facilities and monthly at points throughout the distribution system, publishing results in an annual Consumer Confidence Report. Residents who notice discoloration, unusual taste, or odor can request a free residential water sample test.

- Residents and business owners with a concern about tap water quality, and anyone requesting a copy of the annual water quality report.
- How to apply
- Submit the Water Quality Complaint Form to request a sample test at your address. Annual Consumer Confidence Reports are published each spring and available on request from the Water and Sewer Division.
