Register a backflow prevention device and submit required annual test reports.
Utilities
Commercial properties and certain residential irrigation systems are required to install a backflow prevention device to protect the public water supply from contamination. Device owners must have the device tested annually by a licensed tester and submit results to the Water and Sewer Division.

- Commercial property owners, and residential property owners with an irrigation system connected to the municipal water supply.
- How to apply
- New devices must be registered with the Water and Sewer Division before use. Licensed testers submit the Backflow Prevention Device Test Report annually on the property owner's behalf.
