Hazardous Tree Removal
Report a hazardous, diseased, or fallen tree on public property or a city right-of-way.
Community
The Parks and Recreation Division manages roughly 6,000 street and park trees citywide. Trees that are dead, diseased, storm-damaged, or that pose a hazard to pedestrians or traffic are prioritized for removal or trimming based on the severity of the risk.
- Who this applies to
- Residents reporting a hazardous or fallen tree on public property, a park, or a street right-of-way.
- How to apply
- Submit the Hazardous Tree Report Form with the location and a description of the concern. Trees on private property are the responsibility of the property owner and are not addressed through this program.
