Seasonal Services
During winter storms, priority routes serving hospitals, schools, and main corridors are plowed first, followed by residential streets. Property owners are responsible for clearing sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowfall ending. Sign up for snow emergency alerts to be notified when parking restrictions are in effect.

- All Bellwood property owners, especially those responsible for sidewalk clearing along their property, and residents who park on streets subject to snow emergency restrictions.
- How to apply
- No application is required. To report an unplowed priority route or an uncleared sidewalk, submit the General Service Request Form.
