Any structure, driveway, or landscaping feature that extends into the public right-of-way requires review and approval. This includes new driveway aprons, retaining walls near the property line, and commercial signage visible from the street.

How to apply

Submit the Driveway Apron Permit, Sign Permit, or Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit application depending on the type of work. A site sketch showing the right-of-way line is required with all applications.
