Our employer network crossed 80 partners this quarter, adding trades, logistics, and healthcare employers who interview veterans on site at the monthly job fair.
Twelve employers joined the Freedom Ridge hiring network this quarter, bringing the total past eighty. The new partners skew toward skilled trades, warehouse and logistics operations, and regional healthcare systems, which together account for most of the openings our career team sees filled within thirty days.
Being a partner is a commitment, not a logo placement. Partners agree to interview qualified veteran candidates on site at the monthly job fair, to give our career coaches direct feedback when a candidate is not selected, and to translate their own job descriptions out of internal jargon so a transitioning service member can tell whether they qualify.
That feedback loop is the part employers underestimate. When a hiring manager tells a coach exactly why a candidate stalled, the next five candidates arrive better prepared. Over a year, that has moved our thirty-day placement rate more than any single resume workshop.
If your company hires in the Sacramento region, the partnership interest form takes about five minutes and there is no cost to join.
