Partners
The programs only work because other people say yes
We do not build housing or create jobs. We connect veterans to the people who do. That network is the actual product, and it is built one commitment at a time.
Ways to partner
What we ask, and what you get
Employers
Interview veteran candidates on site at our monthly job fair, and give our coaches honest feedback when a candidate is not selected.
What we ask
- Commit to interviewing qualified veteran candidates
- Send a recruiter to the monthly job fair
- Translate job descriptions out of internal jargon
Landlords and property managers
Housing a veteran through our program means guaranteed deposits, a case manager on speed dial, and mediation before problems become evictions.
What we ask
- Hold a unit for a referred veteran when one comes open
- Call our navigator before serving a notice
- Consider applicants who hold a housing voucher
Community and faith partners
Congregations, service clubs, and neighborhood groups run supply drives, staff events, and refer veterans who would never call a nonprofit first.
What we ask
- Host a move-in kit or supply drive
- Share our crisis and intake information with your members
- Sponsor a wellness day or job fair
Clinical and service providers
Clinics, legal aid offices, and county agencies that accept warm handoffs and send them back the other way.
What we ask
- Accept referrals with a named point of contact
- Join the quarterly coordinated-entry case conference
- Offer reduced-fee or pro bono capacity where you can
