Sealed bids are being accepted for phase two construction of the Eastside Trail extension, connecting Birch Street to the Riverside Drive greenway. Bid documents are available from the Purchasing Office. A mandatory pre-bid site walk will be held on April 22 at the trailhead on Birch Street.
