Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Sunrise Plumbing LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services in the greater Austin, Texas area, including emergency plumbing, water heater repair and installation, drain cleaning, pipe repair, leak detection, and related plumbing work. All services are performed by licensed plumbers under TSBPE License #TX-XXXXXXXX.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates prior to any work being performed. Our pricing is flat-rate and transparent you will be given a firm quote before we begin. We do not charge overtime, after-hours, or weekend surcharges. The agreed-upon price is the price you pay. Additional work discovered during service will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates. We will contact you if there is a delay. In the case of a true plumbing emergency, response times may vary based on demand. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion. Cancellations within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a dispatch fee.

4. Workmanship Warranty

All labor performed by Sunrise Plumbing is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. If a repair we performed fails within that period due to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no charge. This warranty does not cover failures caused by existing conditions, water damage, freezing, acts of nature, misuse, or third-party interference. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by the respective manufacturer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

6. Access & Property

You agree to provide Sunrise Plumbing personnel with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden or concealed piping, corrosion, or other conditions not reasonably foreseeable during a standard inspection. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunrise Plumbing's liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. All content is the property of Sunrise Plumbing LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at sunriseplumbing.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
