These terms cover your use of sunriseplumbing.com and the plumbing services we provide. By booking service or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Our services
Sunrise Plumbing LLC provides residential and light commercial plumbing in the greater Austin, Texas area. All work is performed by or under the supervision of plumbers licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners under Texas Master Plumber License M-00000.
2. Estimates and pricing
Estimates for scheduled work are free. We give you a flat price before work begins, and we don't add charges for nights, weekends or holidays. If we find additional problems during the job, we'll explain them and quote them separately, and we won't do that extra work without your approval.
3. Scheduling
Arrival times are estimates, and we'll let you know if we're running late. During storms and freezes, response times can be longer than usual. Appointments canceled with less than two hours' notice may be charged a trip fee.
4. Labor warranty
Our labor is warranted for one year from the date of service. If a repair or installation fails within that time because of our workmanship, we'll return and fix it at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover problems caused by existing conditions, freezing, flooding, misuse or work done by others. Parts and equipment are covered by their manufacturers' warranties.
5. Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, checks and major credit and debit cards. Balances unpaid after 30 days may be charged 1.5% interest per month, and returned checks carry a $35 fee. Financing, if you choose it, is governed by the lender's agreement.
6. Access and property
Please give our team safe access to the work area. We take care to protect your home, but we aren't responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden piping or corrosion that couldn't reasonably be seen before the work began.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. This website
Content on this site is for general information and belongs to Sunrise Plumbing LLC. Prices shown are typical ranges, not quotes. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and don't mean we endorse them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in Travis County, Texas. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
