Can you install a toilet or faucet I bought?
Yes, at the labor-only prices above. We check that the part fits your setup before you're charged anything, and our labor warranty still applies. The fixture itself is covered by its manufacturer.
Why does my shower go cold when someone flushes?
Your shower valve is older or its pressure-balancing cartridge is worn out. Replacing the cartridge often fixes it for under $300. If the valve is very old, replacing the whole valve is the better fix.
Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?
If you're moving drains or water lines, yes. We pull the plumbing permit and meet the inspector, so the work is on record when you sell the house.
