Shut off the water. For a burst pipe or big leak, close the main shutoff, which is usually in the meter box by the curb or where the line enters the house. For a leaking water heater, close the cold water valve on top and turn off its power or gas. Keep people and pets away from standing water near outlets. It depends on the job. Small repairs like a running toilet or a faucet usually cost $125 to $375. Clearing a single drain runs $125 to $250. Yes, for scheduled work. We look at the problem, explain your options and give you a written price. There's no charge if you decide not to go ahead.

Yes, on jobs over $1,000, like water heaters, repipes and sewer work. Financing is through a third-party lender and depends on credit approval. Ask about it when you call.

Cash, check and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due when the job is done, unless you're using financing.

Yes. Our founder holds a Texas Master Plumber License M-00000 from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and every job is run by a licensed plumber. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance and workers' comp on every employee.

Our labor is guaranteed for one year. If something we repaired or installed fails because of our work, we come back and fix it at no charge. Parts and fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is often 6 to 10 years on a water heater.

An adult should be there when we arrive and when we finish, so we can go over the price and the work. Landlords and property managers can arrange access for tenants. We text you about 30 minutes before we arrive.
