Is there a joining fee?
Never. You pay for your membership and nothing else - no sign-up fees, no hidden extras.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel from the member portal or at the front desk with no penalty; you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I freeze my membership?
Absolutely - you can freeze for up to two months each year if travel, injury or life gets in the way. Your rate is locked while frozen.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for twelve months upfront and save 15% on any plan. Annual plans can be frozen too, and the freeze period is added to the end of your term.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
