You don't have to, but many homeowners prefer to because of noise. There's no need to relocate: work is entirely exterior.
We carefully remove and reinstall existing gutters. If they're damaged or you want new gutters, we can quote that separately.
GAF's lifetime limited warranty covers the shingles. Our written workmanship warranty covers the installation for 10 years. Both transfer if you sell the home.
