The addition had to tie into a steep existing roofline and match brick that is no longer manufactured.
Our solution
We sourced reclaimed brick, re-framed the roof to blend the two rooflines, and reinforced the first floor to carry the new load.
The result
A private suite with a spa bath and walk-in closet, with an exterior that reads as original to the home.
