How much does it cost to book a private party at Neon Arcade?
Player 1 starts at $18 per guest for a 2-hour block (10-40 guests). High Roller runs $32 per guest for 3 hours (20-80 guests). Arcade Royalty, our full-venue buyout, is a $1,800 flat rate plus $24 per guest for 5 hours and up to 150 guests. All three tiers include a token bundle, food, and a dedicated party host.
How many guests can Neon Arcade host?
Our venue accommodates private events from 10 guests up to a maximum capacity of 150 guests for a full venue buyout.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
Deposits range from 20-30% of the estimated total depending on package, due at booking to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
Can I book a private event outside of regular arcade hours?
Yes. Most weekdays offer a private morning-to-afternoon window (10:00 AM-3:00 PM) before we open to walk-in play, and Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons have dedicated private windows as well. Friday nights are reserved for regular walk-in hours and are not available for private buyouts.
Is parking available at Neon Arcade?
Yes, guests can park in the parking garage adjacent to our venue on 4th St, located at 412 Retro Row, Sacramento, CA 95814.
What is included in the token bundles and food packages?
Every package includes a per-guest token bundle for free play across all cabinets, ranging from 200 tokens per guest on Player 1 up to 600 tokens per guest on Arcade Royalty. Food ranges from a pizza slice and soft drink per guest on Player 1 to full catered pizza, a slider and wing station, and an open soft bar on Arcade Royalty.
